By entering your child in our Squash Stars course, you accept the following Terms & Conditions:

• All participants must be a member of Berkshire Squash.
• All participants and their parents must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times and adhere to the England Squash Code of Conduct.
• All participants do so at their own risk and neither they, nor their parents, can hold the Berkshire Squash committee responsible for any incident that occurs at the course.
• All participants and their parents must comply with the Berkshire Squash Covid policy as well as any new policies that are introduced to protect the public. Full details can be found on our website.
• By entering the course, all participants agree to the terms outlined by the England Squash Back to Squash Guidelines and must follow all policies and practices outlined by the Course Organiser and the hosting club.
• Failure to comply with the guidance may result in a participant being withdrawn from the course. This will be at the discretion of the Course Organiser.
• By entering the course, you give your permission for your child's photograph and/or name to be displayed on our Website, Facebook page, local newspapers and/or England Squash website. If this is not acceptable to you please notify our Chairman to confirm your requirements.
