By entering this competition, you accept the following Terms & Conditions:

• All participants must be a member of Berkshire Squash.
• All participants must be eligible to play in this county closed event either through (i) residing in the county of Berkshire, (ii) being born in Berkshire or (iii) maintaining a prior residential qualification and maintaining a strong connection with the county.
• No participant can play in another county closed championship in the same year.
• All participants and their supporters must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times and adhere to the England Squash Code of Conduct.
• All players participate at their own risk and neither they, nor their supporters, can hold the Tournament Organiser nor the Berkshire Squash Committee responsible for any incident that occurs at the tournament.
• All participants and supporters must comply with the Berkshire Squash Covid policy as well as any new policies that are introduced to protect the public. 
• By entering the tournament, all participants agree to compete under the terms outlined by England Squash and must follow all policies and practices outlined by the Tournament Organiser and the hosting club.
• Failure to comply with the guidance may result in a player being withdrawn from the tournament. This will be at the discretion of the Tournament Organiser.
• Berkshire Squash reserves the right to suspend or cancel the tournament due to repeated non-compliance with any guidelines or rules. This will be at the discretion of the Tournament Programme Manager or Chairman.
• By entering the tournament, you give your permission for your photograph and/or name to be displayed on our Website, Facebook page, local newspapers and/or England Squash website. If this is not acceptable to you please notify our Tournament Programme Manager or Chairman to confirm your requirements.

We recommend that all players and spectators take a COVID test prior to visiting a squash club.
